Sublet available Sept 6th-23rd, weekly guests ok

Hi everyone,

I know this is last minute but we just wanted to let you know that we are subletting our apartment from Monday September 6th - Thursday September 23rd. It's a great 1-bedroom (eat in kitchen, livingroom, music studio, bedroom w gueen sized bed + bathroom)  apartment in Ditmas Park, three blocks away from the Cortelyou (Q train) Road train station and close to grocery stores, food coop, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, wine bar and Sunday farmer's market. Our place is the first floor of one of the big houses that are a staple of this neighborhood. We have a grill on the back porch that we've been using pretty much every night and you are welcome to use it. Our place is nice, clean, organized and also less than a mile from Prospect Park.

We are willing to sublet per week or for the two and a half weeks that we are away. We are asking for $350 a week which includes utilities; hot water, wireless internet, tv (no cable but has DVD), land line telephone and electricity. We are also willing to sublet the whole time we are away from Sept 6th-23rd for $700.
