Shakti has been a practitioner of the healing arts for more than a decade at her private practice. She has practiced yoga and meditation for more than twenty years and has studied different methods with various masters. Shakti employs an eclectic approach to create an individualized meditation practice including "Yoga Nidra" – a lying down meditation – as well as sitting meditation.
