EVENT:             Zip line, rock climb and bike right in the heart of New York City. Your adventure awaits, as NYC Parks transforms Central Park into the nation’s largest urban playground at the 15^th annual Adventures NYC Festival. The annual celebration provides New Yorkers with an opportunity to engage in some outdoor fun for FREE. Get out and get active, with activities for all ages and skill levels.

 

Sponsors include The Fatherly Backyard, Bassmaster, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ski Vermont, Smugglers' Notch, Honest Tea, Cabot, Lifeway, Zico Coconut Water and Chameleon Cold Brew.  

 

DETAILS:          Adventures NYC, hosted in Central Park, features FREE activities including:

·         Archery- Led by our expert Urban Park Rangers

·         Zip lining – BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND

·         Rock climbing

·         Log rolling – BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND

·         Stand-up paddle boarding – BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND

·         Gaga ball

·         Obstacle races

·         Parkour course

·         Riglet Park (faux snowboarding for kids under 6)

·         Free bike valet parking

 

Waivers: NYC Parks will require waivers for certain activities. Young adults under 18 years old must have a legal guardian present to sign the waiver.

 

Please note, lines are subject to close early to ensure that the event ends at 4p.m.
