We are looking for a new roommate in our house in Ditmas Park. The available room is the biggest bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 2nd floor apartment. There is also a living room, dining room and large kitchen. Front porch, small back yard. A 3 min walk from the Cortelyou stop on the Q train, 15 min from the Ditmas stop on the F. $575 monthly. We are two women in our 30s, both artists and teachers. Please no pets or children. Smoking outside only. Room is available Oct 1st.
