CAMBA’s Holiday Food Drive

October and November 2010

 

CAMBA is a Brooklyn based non-profit agency that helps connect people with

Opportunities to enhance their quality of life.

 

1.3 million New Yorkers live in food insecure households and

1 in 5 children go hungry*.  Over the past year we saw a

167% increase in the number of people served! 

 

You can help! 

To keep our doors open, we need the following:

 

 

·         Rice	·         Beans
·         Fruit	·         Vegetables
·         Canned Tuna/Salmon	·         Pasta
·         Canned or dried milk	·         Canned chicken
·         Peanut butter	·         Cereal
	·         100% fruit juice

 

Food can be dropped off at any of the following CAMBA locations in Brooklyn:

1720 Church Avenue, 2^nd Floor • 885 Flatbush Avenue, Room 202   

19 Winthrop Street • 2103 Kenmore Terrace  

Park Slope Women’s Shelter – 1402 8^th Avenue
