Need A Roommate! Nov. 1st

I have a huge 2 bedroom apt. in Ditmas Park, looking for a new roommate to move in Nov. 1st. The room measures 19x22 feet and has it's own private full bathroom, en suite, 2 closets with shelves, 2 large windows, (tons of light), hardwood floors, a/c (wall unit - does not obstruct your windows at all - it is custom built right into the wall). $975 includes all utilities except electricity and $15 each / month for high speed internet.  (Heat, water, and gas are included).  The apartment also has hardwood floors throughout, an entryway / alcove, huge open floor plan - living room, dining room, lots of windows and space. We're on the 4th floor, (elevator building), overlooking tree-lined Stratford Road - I feel like I live in a treehouse. Kitchen has a dishwasher, laundry is on the 1st floor, doorman, on-site super, porter, pool for the summer (yes, an actual pool you can actually swim in, it's not gross, it's very well maintained and even has a deep end!) We have a fire escape, I have a cat who just sleeps a lot. I prefer someone who is looking for a long term share, I have lived here for over 6 years and love it, the neighborhood is great - there's lots of grocery stores, health food / organic food stores and cafes and anything you need 5 minutes away, including the subway - Q train to Cortelyou Road. We have our own Farmer's Market every Sunday, and a food coop (the Flatbush Food Co-op). I love to cook, am a writer, would love to share space with someone considerate, responsible and cool. No preference on gender (I happen to be a girl), queer friendly, non-smoker (you can smoke on the fire escape if you happen to be a smoker) or vegan / vegetarian.
