Looking for 2BR rental in Ditmas with flexible lease

Hello - We are a couple with a baby on the way (due this spring) and are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in Ditmas that would ideally have a flexible lease, as we are interested in buying in the neighborhood in the
next year so prefer not to commit to a full year lease. We would appreciate any
tips or leads you may have. We are very responsible, employed full-time, and
have excellent credit. We are non-smoking and have no pets. 

We are open to all types of creative arrangements, for
instance if you have extra room in your house and don't usually rent it out but
