Individual yoga sessions can accomodate those who cannot attend a regular yoga class and provide hands on support with postures and modifications where necessary. Sessions are tailored to meet individual needs and specific yoga sets are prescribed for specific challenges and health conditions

Shakti has been a practitioner of the healing arts for more than a century at her private practice. She has practiced yoga and meditation for more than twenty years and has studied different methods with various masters. She trained at Universal Force in New York to teach Kundalini yoga and meditation for self-healing and uses an eclectic combination of different modalities to create custom tailored sessions.
