Our roommate is moving out at the end of october, so we have a room opening up in our place in Caton Park/Prospect Park South on November 1st. A few blocks from the Church Avenue Q/B stop, and about two blocks from the park. Also about a 10-minute walk to Cortelyou Road, where there are lots of great new bars, restaurants, and cafes. The room is $487 including all utilities, netflix, and internet. plus a $900 deposit you'll get back when you move out...
3 friendly guys living here, all musicians, so we're looking for someone who doesn't mind people playing during the day (but obviously you don't need to be a musician too)...we'd actually prefer a female (just to keep things balanced), but of course that's open. We're all pretty laid back, we're not obsessive about keeping the place spotless but we definitely need someone who's good about washing dishes and keeping the kitchen generally clean.
