Seeking 2 bedroom rental in Ditmas Park

Seeking 2 bedroom rental apartment in the Ditmas Park area as far south as H street. We are hoping to find a recently renovated 2 bedroom or 2 bedroom plus. Preferences include laundry in the apartment or in the building, lots of light and closet space, eat in kitchen and an outdoor space.  An added bonus would be no fees and parking.
