ReplyDeleteI have been living in a beautiful 1 BR apartment of a Victorian on Westminster for the past 5 years and unfortunately must move because my landlord needs the space for his expanding family. I would love to stay in the neighborhood, but at these prices it seems difficult.
ReplyDeletePlease to the broker and/or owner, if the price is lowered I would be very much interested. To all my other DP neighbors, if you know of a good space, I am already at home in the area, fully employed and have an excellent landlord reference from a local homeowner, and can't imagine leaving Ditmas Park. ~Katie 917-533-3383
