A bedroom with a twin bed, wardrobe, and small table is available for March 1 in a 3-family Victorian house on Avenue C just off Coney Island Ave. The apartment is a 3 bedroom on the second floor of the house. It's a very spacious apartment with lots of light and recently renovated kitchen & bathroom.

Must be quiet, respectful, and clean. We are two professional women in our late 20s and early 30s. One of us works in nonprofits, and the other works in TV production. We work long hours and like to keep a peaceful home where we can rest. No smoking in the house. We are open to people from all walks of life, as long as you love (or at least like) cats. There is one male cat. He's amazing. 

Rent is $500. Internet, electric, and cooking gas are not included. We split those evenly 3 ways and it's never more than $50/mo. Security deposit is $500.
