My aunt is planning on spending more time in NY since her great-nephew was born, and she is looking for apartment under $1000 in the DP, Midwood, Kensington areas. Apt can be available now, or in the next few months. She is very responsible, employed, clean and quiet. She would accept a studio or basement apt as well.
