I'm leaving the city for the summer and am looking to sublet my 1-bedroom apt. on Marlborough Rd b/w Church Ave & Caton Ave. It has lots of closet space throughout the apartment, patio access, a really large bedroom and large eat-in kitchen. It's 2 blocks from the Church Ave B/Q stop, 0.5 miles to Cortelyou Rd, and 1 block from the Parade grounds. There's also a new natural foods store 2 blocks away.
It will be furnished for the summer (June 1 to end of August). You can probably stay longer, I'll just be moving the furniture out at the end of August. I'm leaving May 26, so you can probably move in then too.
