opened packets of flower and vegetable seeds
4 12" IKEA mirror squares for your walls or bar
1 IKEA desk, computer tray is busted but the rest of it is fine
1 completely junky (but comfortable!) armchair
1 guitar with a broken bridge: if you can fix it or have a tiny child who's tone-deaf, you'll want it!

some cans and packages of food, spices, raw cocoa nibs, including one unopened can of Coke!
