The room for rent is L20'xW12', very sunny, with a closet and its own private entrance from the hallway. Apartment is on a quiet residential street, near both the Q and F/G trains. Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped (and we love to cook!). The bathroom is shared. Our apartment is on East 8th St. between Beverly and Ave. C. A short walk to the Cortelyou strip of restaurants, bars and grocery stores.
Rent is $800 heat and hot water is included.
