We are a young family hoping to find a 2-3 bedroom rental in Ditmas Park, ideally not too far from subway, recently renovated and with laundry in the apartment or building. Private or shared outdoor space would be bonus as we have very nice garden furniture we could bring. An apartment in a victorian house would be awesome. We are respectful, clean tenants with excellent credit, income and financials. No pets and non smokers.
We are flexible with the move date it can be anytime from 1/15 - March 2012.
