Composer, pianist, instructor is seeking a small (125 sq. ft. +/-) space in which to practice, teach, and work.
The room could be a commercial office space; detached/attached outbuilding; an in-law apartment in a home; or a spare, unused room in an apt/house/etc.
Open to a studio share.
I can provide excellent references.
I am looking to begin rental ideally Feb. 1 or sooner.
Must Haves: heat, electricity, access to a bathroom. First floor, or higher floor with elevator access
Prefer to Have: some natural light, and a way to access the internet.
