Question by Mr. Bubbles!: I need real fitness dudes here, preferably who are in shape?!?!?!? Hi, I was researching a bit, and I figured out some good exercises for six pack, etc...I am not overweight, but I definitely am not skinny....I have about 15-20% Body Fat...so my question....could I get some nice "looks" with good cardio and core exercises...about 1 hr a day? TO get real fitness we should try to little of the exercise daily for proper healthy health. And daily workout can easily make our body fit. So you would be healthy and happy.
