We have an extra bedroom to rent in our home.We are 1/2 block from the Beverly Road Q stop. The room is on the third floor, comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed. There is a shared bathroom; the renter would have use of the kitchen. There are dogs living in the house. No additional pets are welcome.
