17th street between Albemarle & Beverley Road. It is less than a 5
minute walk to the Beverley Rd Q train station and about 7 minutes to
the Church Ave B/Q.
About the apartment: It is a two bedroom, two bathroom (!!!!!!) in an
elevator building. The room is spacious and fully furnished (bed,
desk, etc) and has a closet. There is a balcony and a large
living/dining room w/a piano.
About your future roommates: We are a young couple, both with full
time jobs. One of us is in grad school full time and the other puts
in long hours at work, so we are mostly home on the weekends. We have
two friendly cats. I am also a musician, and will occasionally have
friends over to play bluegrass music (we're talking about once a week
here) - ideally you are someone who would not mind this.
The room is $900 per month, including ALL utilities (heat and hot
water, electricity, cable, internet). We are insanely busy people, so
we will also negotiate down for anyone willing to take on some light
