Hello, we used to live on Stratford and Cortelyou until a fire (boiler
burst!!) forced us out of ditmas park. We absolutely loved living
there and are desperately trying to return. We are a responsible,
artsy, young married couple with a small dog. We are looking for a 1BR
preferably with some type of out door space if possible.
