Looking for a Quiet 1-Bedroom

My girlfriend and I are quiet, responsible, graduate students looking for a quiet 1-bedroom in the neighborhood. We've been living in the neighborhood for 4 years, and we recently moved to a new place in the neighborhood, but it's just too loud for us. It's a great location, and great rent (1050), but we need something quieter. We're flexible with move dates, and all of that, and aren't in a rush to move (so if you have a vacancy in the future, we're happy to meet now), but we thought we'd start looking. Hopefully there's someone out there looking for quiet, amenable tenants.
