In search of a place to call home ...

I am planning to move back to Ditmas Park & need some leads. Ideally, I would love to make my new home in a private house with some porch or backyard access. I come with excellent references from past & current landlords. I lived in the Ditmas Park/Kensington area from 2005-2008, and have been a member of the Ditmas Park CSA from 2009-present. I am a NYC public school teacher, in my late '30s, and am excited to find a new home back in the Ditmas Park neighborhood. My ideal monthly rent range is 1200-1350.  I am looking to move in late Sept/Oct 1.
