found champagne color cat

A long hair champagne color cat has been hanging around my place on Argyle between Beverley and Cortelyou.  It's been outside for a while for sure because the poor cat's hair is matted.  If you have lost this cat or you know anything about it please call me at 718-646-1803.  Or email sooz123@gmail.com.  Does someone know of a shelter or someone who would try to help this little cat?  Thanks!!
