Looking for a Roommate in 2BR Apartment for 8/1

Room in 2BR apartment available for 8/1.

The apartment is located on a quiet block in the Ditmas Park neighborhood of Brooklyn between the Avenue H and Newkirk Avenue stops on the B/Q trains and within walking distance of both F (18th Avenue) and 2/5 trains (Brooklyn College). Also, the apartment is close to both B68 and B8 buses.

The room is big with space for a desk, dresser, bookshelf, bed, and a lot of space left over. It has a big closet, too. Rent is $800 plus utilities (usually around $50/month).
 
In terms of amenities, the apartment has a spacious living room, a huge kitchen (seriously), a big porch (seriously), and stained glass windows, in addition to it being in a wonderful location with an excellent selection of restaurants (i.e. Di Fara PIzzeria, Salud, Purple Yam, The Farm on Adderlay, etc), bars (Sycamore, 773 Lounge), grocery stores (C-Town, Key Food, Flatbush Food Co-Op, and Pomegranate), while in close proximity to Brooklyn College, etc.

I am looking for a roommate who is kind, considerate, and knows how to clean up after themselves. As of August, I'll be a full-time student working multiple part-time jobs. Pets and/or smokers are not preferable.
