Apt. for rent

Hi all, we have a furnished (or un if you prefer) apt. on the first floor of our victorian home here in Ditmas Park available for a 6 month lease starting Jan 1st. We have been trying to use it as a vacation rental, but are finding that somewhat time consuming in our already busy lives, so thought we'd try and see if someone needs a short term place.  Start and end dates are semi flexible. Rent includes access to front porch (yard in back negotiable), laundry in basement, wi fi and basic cable. This is a perfect apt. for a couple, but open to other situations as well.  We live upstairs with our 2 children and are friendly, but respectful of our tenants. Rent is $1900 per month and water and gas are also inluded. Electric is your responsibility. We will need first and one month security and will do a credit and reference check. Please be prepared to show proof of employment and income.   Rent could be negotiated if you don't care for cable tv or wi fi access.
