Our roommate is moving out at the end of november, so we have a room opening up in our place on December 1st. A few blocks from the Church Avenue Q/B stop, and about two blocks from the park. Also about a 10-minute walk to Cortelyou Road, where there are lots of great new bars, restaurants, and cafes. The room is $537 including all utilities, netflix, and internet. plus a $900 deposit you'll get back when you move out...

3 friendly guys living here (2 musicians, 1 alt. medicine/acupuncture student), so we're looking for someone who doesn't mind people playing during the day ...we'd actually prefer a female (just to keep things balanced), but of course that's open. We're all pretty laid back, but we definitely need someone who's good about washing dishes and keeping the kitchen generally clean.
