Hello! We are a professional couple with a small child looking for a sublet for the summer (June/July/August). We own an apartment in the area, but have tenants there until September, and are moving back to the area earlier than planned. We are friendly, quiet, clean and neighborly and have great local references. We also have a small, well-mannered dog (who also has references! We are happy to pay an extra deposit and cleaning fee if necessary).
