Need to find a clean, nonsmoking roommate (man or woman) to share a large sunny room with two women and a fat white cat. We are both in our 30s, friendly and mostly keep to ourselves. One is an admin for a doctor's office and the other is a curator and secretary. We would prefer to live with someone mature, clean and responsible as well as someone who is in their 30s or 40s.
Apartment is a very large true three-bedroom with wood floors, a huge shared living room and kitchen. We are located on the corner of Foster and Ocean Parkway.
We share the costs of electric, gas, wifi and household supplies like TP, dish sponges, etc. Monthly costs are most expensive in the summer, but even then rarely go over $60/month per person after it's all added up.
Available room is unfurnished and a little larger than 200 sq feet with three large windows and a closet. More storage is available in the living room area.
Current occupant is leaving because she has been having trouble paying rent and will be moving in with friends.
If you move in, we would require one month's deposit and the first month's rent. Your rent would then be due every month by the 25th.
If you respond to our ad, please let us know why you are looking to move and a little bit about yourself.
We could likely take on one more cat. Pet birds, fish, etc, are also OK, but we could not handle a dog. Sorry - even if your dog melts our hearts, we cannot have him/her living here.
