Senior Games Kicks Off in Brooklyn with Preparatory Clinics Ahead of Week-Long Competition, May 7-11th

 

Dozens of Clinics Offered at Recreation Centers Across Brooklyn, With Highlights Listed Below

DETAILS:                   Got skills and are 50+ years old? Compete in NYC Parks’ third annual Senior Games this spring! But before the Games begin, there are plenty of opportunities for competitors to get in shape.

 

                                    Recreation centers across Brooklyn will host dozens of clinics for members planning to participate in the Games, including basketball, board games, bowling, corn hole, shuffleboard, swimming, pickleball, table tennis, and more.

 

The games will take place May 7 – 11, starting with a torch relay race. Participation in the games is FREE with an NYC Parks recreation membership, but space is limited and registration is required. For a complete list of the week’s events and to register for the Games, visit our website.
