DATES:                      Beach Volleyball Tournament: Saturday, August 5, 2017

Pull-Up & Chin-Up Contest: Sunday, August 6, 2017

 

TIMES:                       Saturday - 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

                                    Sunday - 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

 

LOCATION:               Coney Island Beach and Boardwalk

W 10^th Street Boardwalk Entrance

Brooklyn

 

DETAILS:                   NYC Parks is hosting a weekend of sports and fitness at Coney Island. Come watch and participate!

 

For Saturday’s volleyball tournament, all levels of play are welcome. Divisions will include: Co-Ed, Co-Ed ages 14 and under, Men’s A and B, Women’s A and B, and Junior games for kids 15 and under. There will also be Learn-to-Play clinics for beginners who want basic volleyball instruction. Please note: Registration is required to participate. Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 20 and ends on Thursday, August 3 at 11:59pm.

 

On Sunday, join us for a free obstacle course competition, and a pull-up and dip contest. All skill levels welcome. Registration not required.
