I am a DONA International trained Birth & Postpartum Doula, a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher and a Postpartum Chef and Herbalist. I bring my background in Ayurveda and my love of whole, organic and farm-fresh foods to the table providing families with warm nourishing meals that are healthy, easy to digest and delicious. I cook all meals in the home of my clients; everything is made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients. Having support in this way makes new families stronger, more adaptable and allows time to for new parents to rest and bond with their newborn babies. Some of my favorite postpartum dishes to prepare include: Carrot Ginger Soup with Coconut & Cilantro Red Lentils with Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric & Coconut Risotto with fresh Shitake and Maitake Mushrooms Lemongrass & Ginger Beef Stew Warm Rice Pudding with Cardamom, Cinnamon & Ghee I am currently booking Postpartum Chef clients for the spring and summer of 2017.
