Looking for a share or a 2 bedroom in the area!

I'm a female graphic designer. Funny, considerate, keeps it clean and pays bills on time. 

I have 2 cats, better that they are the only pets. I keep their business clean as well.

I want a happy home. No drama, and am out often.

I have an active social life, outside the apartment.

Into culture, comedy, music, theater.

Need to move by May 1rst or soon after.

Would love to stay in the area: Beverly, Newkirk or Cortelyou Q stops....
