DETAILS: NYC Parks invites the public to participate in the first ever Parks Without Borders Discussion Series, hosted by Parks Commissioner Mitchell J. Silver, FAICP. The series builds on the inspiring conversations during NYC Parks’ Parks Without Borders Summit last spring. The discussion series will showcase premiere park leadership from all over the country; fostering an exchange on topics such as new park design, placemaking and engagement, and providing valuable insights into how we can build greener parks, healthier communities, and more resilient neighborhoods. Scheduled throughout 2017, the debut events will be held in January, February and March.
