Kumt, hert a Yidish vort,
un farbrengt in a heymisher svive!

Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a very special evening with one of the shining stars of today's Yiddish theater as he presents works by the well-known chronicler of Eastern European Jewish life in honor of his 70th yortsayt. Murdered in the khurbn, Kacyzne is well known for his photographs, but he was also considered the literary successor to Y. L. Peretz. His plays, poetry and short stories are a lasting part of the Yiddish cultural tradition, and we hope you'll join us as Goldwaser interprets several of his stories.

Please note that the program will be entirely in Yiddish with no translation.
