Nuyorican Poets Cafe, coined "the most integrated place on the planet" by Allen Ginsberg, has developed a one-of-a-kind partnership with the Brooklyn Museum, making us their Brooklyn satellite location for a six-month performance series through June 2011. The Brooklyn Museum is proud to host the acclaimed cafe, featuring poetry and performances by phenomenal artists traditionally underrepresented in mainstream media and culture. March's event features women poets Caroline Rothstein, Jennifer Falu, Aurora Barnes, Camogne Felix, and others. Free with Museum admission. As seating is limited, advance ticket purchase for general admission is recommended at www.museumtix.com.
